Working principle

At a certain temperature, the residual oxygen in nitrogen reacts with the carbon oxygen provided by the carbon supported catalyst to generate carbon dioxide, which is removed by PSA process and filtered with high precision to obtain high purity nitrogen.

It has good stability and the oxygen content is strictly controlled below 5ppm. High purity, nitrogen purity ≥ 99.9998%. Low water content, atmospheric dew point ≤ - 60 ° C. Hydrogen free is suitable for processes with strict requirements for hydrogen and oxygen.
