The design of hydrogen generation station must conform to gb50177-93, and the installation method of hydrogen generation station is as follows:
Frame I and frame II need to be placed in the middle of the hydrogen production station, and then they must be placed in the rectifier control room: control cabinet, rectifier cabinet, power distribution device, microcomputer, etc., and in the auxiliary room: frame III, number of rooms, equipment layout. The user or design Institute can make corresponding changes according to the local specific conditions, referring to the code for design of hydrogen and oxygen station.
The installation requirements of hydrogen production room are as follows:
The hydrogen production room shall be a single-layer non combustible building, and the necessary pressure relief area shall be set in the hydrogen production room. The ratio of the pressure relief area to the plant (m2 / m3) is generally 0.05-0.10. Doors, windows and light wall can be used as pressure relief area. The pressure relief area should be arranged reasonably, and should be close to the explosion site, and should not face the places where people are concentrated and the traffic arteries. The lightning protection grounding and electrical explosion-proof requirements of hydrogen generation station shall be in accordance with the provisions of the code for design of hydrogen oxygen station. The room temperature of hydrogen production room shall not be lower than 15 ℃.
The height of hydrogen production room shall not be less than 5m, and doors and windows shall be opened outwards. The ceiling of hydrogen production room shall be provided with appropriate number of ventilation holes, with the diameter of no less than 200 mm. Rain proof cap shall be set outside. The lower edge shall be flush with the ceiling and pull valve shall be set to facilitate the insulation in winter. The ventilation holes shall be set at the top of the ceiling.
In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, the hydrogen production room shall be equipped with traveling crane, and the lifting capacity shall be greater than the weight of frame I. The floor of hydrogen production room shall be alkali resistant and equipped with sewage drain to facilitate sewage discharge. The hydrogen production room shall be equipped with nitrogen pipeline for system purging and pressure test as well as water pipe and water tank.
