Working principle

When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, oxygen is adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve in a large amount, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve oxygen nitrogen separation. As the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen is significantly different with the pressure, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, regenerate the carbon molecular sieve, and reuse it. Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one is adsorption to produce nitrogen, the other is desorption to regenerate. PLC intelligent program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic angle valve to make the two towers cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
